This terrific wine from Notre Dame des Pallieres has become a "go to" favorite of many, often as a "HOUSE RED" wine. The grape varieties included are as 80% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 5% Carignane.
 
This wine's palate is medium-bodied, verging on full-bodied, with ripe, round, lush tannins. Gentle nuances of black currant, dried herbs, and subtle spices fill out the velvety finish. An excellent BBQ wine but maybe more so, a perfect everyday red.
