History:Lying in the Armagnac country, Domaine de San Guilhem is run by Alain Lalonne who has 50ha of vine at his disposal. The cooling influence of the Atlantic ensures a slow ripening period, while the fermentation temperatures help this Cotes de Gascogne retain its wonderful, tangy freshness. The wine is produced from a traditional blend, including Gros Manseng, which gives depth of flavour.
