History:The history of Domaine de l’Arjolle began in 1974 with the arrival of Prosper and Louis Marie Teisserenc whose goal it was to make a diversity of beautiful wines. Their first wines focused on Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc. The freedom confered on them by the Côtes de Thongue appellatoin allowed them to make and blend wines to their liking. In 1986, Roland Teisserenc, the son of Prosper, joined the team and the first wines of his were bottled in 1988.
