To celebrate the beginning of summer, we’re tasting Rieslings from Germany, the place where the grape originated.
Riesling is one of the noble grape varieties that is known for its ability to express the terroir of the land on which it’s grown.
It has all the right ingredients for a white wine: huge range of fruit flavors and aromas and clean bright acidity that balances any residual sugar.
