History: The Gini family is one of the oldest with a viticulture and wine-making tradition in Soave. The family has owned vineyards since the XVII Century. Olinto and his sons Sandro and Claudio manage the 30 hectares of vineyards of the estate with great passion. The varietal grown is mainly Garganega, with yields around 5 tons/hectare and minimum use of pesticides in order to obtain excellent wines.
