History:Poole's Rock Wines' Firestick range adheres to our unstinting company philosophy to showcase premium varietal wines from Australia's finest wine regions. The new Firestick wine range is entirely South Australian, made from prime quality grapes grown on select vineyard sites and managed by specialist individual growers. Firestick is inspired by one of nature's most dramatic night-time performances, the animated dance of lightning strikes or 'sticks of fire' that illuminate the vast South Australian landscape when two opposing storm fronts clash.
